We examine code, architecture and delivery risks within an agreed scope. You receive two to three costed scenarios, our recommendation and a phased roadmap with realistic budget ranges.
The purpose is to decide what to preserve, what to fix and how to sequence the work. A report without an actionable decision has little value.
What we need from you
A sponsor who can explain the business problem, constraints and decision to make. We then agree the necessary access to code, documentation and people who understand the system.
Timing depends on that access and our availability. Confidentiality rules and permitted tools are agreed before analysis begins.
A bounded scope
This is not a penetration test, certification or system rewrite. We agree the systems included and depth of investigation at the outset.
A clear, limited requirement may be better served by a direct estimate. If you require a supplier certification we do not hold, that must be resolved before engagement.
You choose what happens next
The roadmap informs your next decision. If you sign a build with JADEV within 60 days, the audit fee is fully credited against that build.
Development is proposed separately with scope, milestones and acceptance criteria. The audit does not require a maintenance subscription.

- EUR 7,500 fixed for two weeks within an agreed scope. Billing conditions and applicable taxes are specified in the proposal.
- Is it free if we continue?
- The audit is paid work. Its fee is credited against a build signed with JADEV within 60 days.
- Do you need production data?
- Not in this form. Necessary access, permitted data and confidentiality arrangements are defined during scoping.
- Can we speak to an engineer without using AI?
- Yes. The form below sends a scoping request to our team. It does not commit you to buying an audit.
