01 · Positioning
What we are, and what we are not.
A mid-sized engineering partner. Small enough that you talk to the people writing the code, structured enough that a European procurement team can onboard us without an exception.
Two entities, one counterparty
You contract with JADEV GROUP SARL in Belgium, in euros, under Belgian law. Engineering is delivered by JADEV-CORP SARL in Morocco. Procurement reviews an ordinary EU supplier.
UTC+1, no imposed shift
Rabat and Casablanca share the working day of Brussels, Paris and Amsterdam. There is no handover window because there is no gap to hand over.
Teams of 2 to 15
We work inside an existing engineering organisation. We are not a thousand-seat delivery centre and we will not pretend to be one.
French, English, Arabic
Written and spoken. For a French-speaking client this removes a friction that English-only delivery teams cannot.
02 · Engagement models
Three ways to engage us.
The right model depends on who carries responsibility for the outcome and who makes the decisions. Choosing the wrong model costs more than choosing the wrong supplier.

Monthly engagements with notice, not a fixed multi-year term. If the fit is wrong, you should be able to say so without a legal exercise.
In staff augmentation the engineer joins your standups, takes tickets from your board and opens pull requests against your standards. There is no parallel process, no separate board and no second definition of finished. That is the most common failure mode in outsourced delivery and we do not reproduce it.
In a dedicated team a lead is accountable for the outcome rather than for utilisation, and the group stays stable across the engagement. The expensive asset is not the code, it is the accumulated understanding of your domain, and rotation destroys it faster than any technical decision.

We also build our own products, and those are public because they are ours. KidLinkPro is an offline-first childcare application. codingassist.bot is a code reviewer in private beta. Sayfetly works on everyday payments in Morocco.
A product we operate ourselves is better evidence than a case study, because we carry its incidents.
04 · Capabilities
Build, modernise, operate.
Three disciplines, not ten. A firm that fields fifteen engineers and advertises ten specialities has mastered none of them, and it takes two questions to find out.
Build
New systems: SaaS and platforms, line-of-business applications, e-commerce and Shopify where the store has to talk to an ERP, payment flows across iDEAL, Bancontact and Stripe, and applied AI integrated into systems that run in production. .NET, Node, Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, SQL Server.
Modernise
Existing systems: migration to Azure with a rollback plan that has been tested, infrastructure as code in Terraform, GitHub Actions pipelines, reproducible environments, ERP and MES integration, machine-data ingestion, warehouses and data pipelines.
Operate
What is already running: monitoring and incident response, patching and dependencies, backups that have actually been restored, access and domains, Cypress and Playwright regression suites on every pull request, and technical leadership on call for the decisions.

Five stages. None of them is a ceremony: each produces something you can open.

07 · Pricing
What it costs.
We publish our rates. Few suppliers do, and the argument against it is almost always that it is better to learn the client's budget before naming a price.
Day rate in euros, per worked day, by seniority. Can vary by specialty.

Seniority is assessed on delivery history, not years served. A confirmed engineer here is someone who has held a production system through an incident.
What the rate includes: the engineer, their management, their replacement if the fit is wrong in the first month, and the employment relationship we carry instead of you. There is no onboarding fee, no hidden margin on licences, and no billing for travel time.
What it does not include: licences and infrastructure, which stay in your name and on your account, because you should never depend on us to recover your own access.
For a figure applied to your project rather than to a grid, describe the work on the quote page. The scoping assistant asks the questions a senior engineer would and returns a line-by-line estimate with an earliest start date. Every formal quotation is reviewed by a human before it is sent.
08 · Limits
When we are the wrong choice.
This page exists because a bad fit discovered in month four costs both sides more than a meeting that never happens.
You need forty engineers
We cannot do that. The Indian market and the global integrators can. We are built for teams of 2 to 15 inside an existing organisation.
Procurement scores only on cost per day
We will lose to offshore, and we should. We are cheaper than Western Europe and more expensive than South Asia.
An ISO 27001 certificate is a signature condition
We do not have one today. The audit is planned for 2027.
Your current outsourcing relationship works
Then leave it alone. Moving closer is justified by the cost of a slow loop, not by the cost of an engineer.
You want volume desktop support
A hundred users needing daily help: a generalist managed service provider will do it better and cheaper.
The work is your core differentiator
If the knowledge has to stay inside, outsourcing it is usually a mistake, including to us.
