What we collect
Contact form: name, company, email, phone and your message.
Newsletter: your email address.
Instant quote: your email (verified by a one-time code), name, company, phone, country, project description, and your preferred document language.
Security: your IP address is used for anti-abuse rate limiting and Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection. This is essential processing, not tracking.
Why we process it
Answering your request and preparing a quotation: steps prior to entering a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Newsletter: your consent, withdrawable in every email (art. 6(1)(a)).
Audience analytics: your consent via the cookie banner (art. 6(1)(a)).
Abuse prevention and security: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
AI-assisted estimates
The project description you submit in the instant quote is processed by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to structure a work estimate. The output is indicative. Every quotation is reviewed by a human before anything is offered to you; no decision producing legal effects is automated.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and the LinkedIn Insight Tag load only after you accept them in the consent banner. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookies link in the footer. Essential cookies (bot protection) do not track you and work without consent.
Who processes data for us
Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA, EU data processing addendum). Bot protection: Cloudflare. Transactional email: Twilio SendGrid. CRM and quotations: Odoo (Odoo Online). AI scoping: Anthropic. Newsletter: Buttondown. Scheduling: Calendly. Analytics, after consent only: Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn.
Delivery may involve JADEV-CORP SARL (Rabat, Morocco), our affiliated engineering entity, under an intra-group data processing agreement.
Retention
Lead and quotation records are kept for the duration of the business relationship plus legal retention periods. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Verification codes are never stored: they are computed and expire within 10 minutes.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, or object to processing by writing to info@jadev-group.com. You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be / gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
